Roughly 80% of undergraduate students changed their major at least once, and about 30% of students drop out before graduation.

To create an online digital resource that provided that first hand knowledge from the people doing the jobs now. This project is designated for students to visit and learn about the careers they are interested in pursuing. To make this project unique, local professionals who are working in Ottumwa and Wapello County were interviewed.

Asking questions to get to the heart of what it is like to do what the job entails everyday, including the good, the bad, and the misunderstood. These interviews were then paired with information and resources about the education required and opportunities locally.
